Gentle Yoga with Beth 9:30 am in the Studio
Class is structured around maintaining and increasing mobility without strain or discomfort to the muscles and joints. Options are offered, props such as blankets, straps and bocks are used to accommodate each individual’s needs. Class is appropriate for all levels including those with limited movement
Beth PolakRYT, 200
Beth completed her 200 hour training with YogaWorks in Richmond, studying meditation techniques in Virginia and around the world. She has developed a highly meditative practice she loves to share. Her gentle restorative classes call us back to our inner wisdom and encourage restoration through mental and physical release and surrender to the breath. Join Beth on Tuesday mornings at 10:30 to gently open your body, relax your mind, and reconnect to your most natural self.
