Tuesday Morning Beginners Yoga 10:00 am
Beginners hatha yoga, students learn the fundamentals of yoga, including traditional warmups, basic poses (asanas), optional poses, and most importantly, breath, body, and mind awareness. Concise descriptions of how to get into poses, as well as modifications for all levels are provided. The class is suitable for all levels.

Kalyaniâ€™s classes combine the six branches of yoga so students can experience a complete range of benefits. Certified through Integral Yoga of Richmond with Nora Vimala Pozzi in 1999. Specialty trainings include Mindful Yoga Therapy for Veterans with Suzanne Manafort, Elyse Browning Millerâ€™s Yoga for Scoliosis Program. She has conducted workshops â€œYoga For The Low Backâ€ , â€œJapa Yogaâ€, â€œYoga for Nutritionâ€ for Teacher Trainees as well as registered teachers so they could receive hours towards their certification. Karma yoga, includes Bon Air Correctional Facility, teen center at the Northside YMCA, Steward School, and Virginia Rehabilitation Center for Visually Impaired, Heartfulness Center, various festivals. She is also brings Mindful Yoga Therapy (Trauma Informed) to veterans coping with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
